Celebrating A Year of Campaigning!

All of you should have received a message from us about this, but there is only so much that can be said. It’s good to be a concise writer, though there are times when a longer explanation is necessary.

Like now, for example.

As mentioned, this weekend marked ROY MUSTANG FOR FUHRER’s first anniversary on Tumblr. It really started out as a small project, but it quickly gained comrades and contributors, and we are proud to say that we have received nothing but support and encouragement along the way. Did we intend to still be going as strong as we are one year later? Absolutely not. It is solely because of our dear comrades and their alacrity that has inspired us to keep the campaign alive and continue to promote Roy Mustang’s Fuhrership.

We have not come across another Tumblr quite like this one. What we are presenting is a very narrow scope of posts that all reflect Roy Mustang’s campaign. We have never once reblogged or posted any content that has not originated from ourselves or our comrades. For us, that makes every single one of our comrades all the more dear to us, because you are not only supporting a campaign that promotes ideals that are important to us, but you are supporting our words, your comrades words, something that the campaign alone has put out and can call its own.  We’ve had contributions from countless comrades, and even once received pictures from a fantastic comrade who actively introduced Roy Mustang to the community. We have also come across Tumblrs who have begun posting their own campaign attempts. It’s just so awesome! The fact that literally hundreds of people have come together to support and promote this absolutely blows our minds. Really, it is fantastic.

A huge thanks is in order. We cannot repeat this enough! Roy Mustang is campaigning for the people, and the people such as yourselves are what keep us campaigning. Over the past year, we have had literally tens of thousands of conversations with people all over the world, and we are constantly reminded of the diversity and individuality of people, and that comes through in every conversation we engage in. Except for the HI ASLS of the world. This fascinates and inspires us to continue on campaigning and reaching out to as many people as we can. 

Ultimately, though, it always comes back to our comrades and their undying support. It never goes unnoticed and is always appreciated. Thank you for supporting ROY MUSTANG FOR FUHRER, and we hope that you enjoy the campaign as much as we do. It is our pleasure and our honour to continue this campaign.
